We offer Free shipping for all orders over:

  • US $200 : South East Asia
  • US $250 : USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Japan
  • US $300 : Canada US
  • $450 : Rest of the Planet

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All goods are shipped from our Benderbase in Bali. We offer 2 delivery options

  • Courier - Fastest. Trackable delivery by DHL, TNT, UPS or EMS courier. Transit time 3-6 business days.
  • Standard delivery - Cheapest. Trackable registered airmail. Transit time 2 - 4 weeks. (not available for customers in Canada)

DELIVERY COSTS
The cost of our international delivery service depends on your location, the weight of your order and the shipping option you choose during checkout. To see the actual shipping costs for your order, please go to your cart, scroll down to the checkout button and in the next page, enter your country & postcode to see the cost of delivery.


DELIVERY TIMES 

  • Courier - is typically delivered to you in 6-12 business days. Please note: Allow up to 28 days for delivery.
  • Standard - is typically delivered to you in 14-30 business days. Please note: Allow up to 45 days for delivery.

All orders are processed within 48hrs, unless one of the items you have ordered is temporarily out of stock. In this case we will let you know an estimated completion date. Please be aware that the delivery times quoted for each product are estimates. All orders are sent by a trackable service that requires a signature.


NOTES

  • Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent as standard deliveries.
  • We are required to provide a commercial invoice for all International orders, including a physical street address and phone number.
  • Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time.
  • We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT IMPORT TAXES
You may be required to pay additional import duty fees. Please check with customs officials in your country. This is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible.


CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
For delivery by Christmas, all order information and payments should reach us by 29 November. Astrobender is unable to guarantee delivery by Christmas after this date.
